If you decide to move forward, we’ll send you everything you need, including:

4. Intake: Getting to know you
Your initial assessment is a structured 60 min session where we explore your history, current concerns, and what’s affecting your well‑being. We’ll ask gentle, clinically relevant questions to understand your needs. You share what feels comfortable.

5. Your First Session + Path Forward
Your first session centers on connection and understanding what brings you in as you begin your healing process. From there, we’ll build your treatment plan and explore the approaches that will start you on your wellness journey.
