Where are you located?

I partner with Start Today Counseling Interventions and offer services at:

Hours (by appointment only):

• In‑Person: Mondays 9:00–3:00, Tuesdays 9:00–5:00

• Virtual: Monday through Friday

What Services Do you offer? 

I offer several ways to support your emotional well‑being and personal growth:

• Individual therapy (in‑person + virtual)

• Group therapy

• EMDR therapy

• LCSW clinical supervision

What do you specialize in?

I work with adults navigating a wide range of emotional and life experiences, including:

• Anxiety

• Depression

• PTSD + trauma

• Grief

• Emotional disturbances

• Life transitions

• Chronic illness or pain

• Problem gambling

• Domestic violence

My approach is warm, person‑centered, and collaborative. I focus on creating a space where you can slow down, feel supported, and work through what’s happening at a pace that feels right for you.

What are the cost of service?

The cost of therapy can vary depending on the type of session and the length of your appointment. If you’d like help figuring out session cost, I’m happy to walk you through it.

• Debit/credit cards

• FSA/HSA funds

• In‑network insurance (varies by provider)

What Insurance and Payment Methods Do You Accept?

I accept most major commercial insurance plans, including:

• Anthem / Blue Cross Blue Shield

• Cigna / Evernorth

• Optum / United Healthcare

What is a Good Faith Estimate?

The No Surprises Act gives you the right to a Good Faith Estimate- a clear outline of what your services are expected to cost before you begin. It’s designed to help you plan for care without unexpected bills.

If you ever receive a bill that’s $400 or more above your estimate, you can dispute it. Click here to learn more or if you have questions, just let me know.

Do you offer sliding scale services?

Yes. Sliding‑scale options are available. Reach out and I’ll share more about availability and eligibility

​Can I receive services if I live outside of Virginia?

At this time, I am only licensed to see clients who are physically located in Virginia.

When you’re ready, just complete the contact form- it’s the quickest way to reach me since I’m often in session during the day.

Do you offer clinical supervision for licensure?

Yes. I provide clinical supervision for LCSW Supervisees who already have a residency placement and are working toward licensure through the Virginia Board of Social Work.
