Using the Flex Your Gains Fitness App, you’ll receive personalized workout plans tailored to your fitness level and the equipment you have at home or in the gym. You’ll stay connected with me throughout your journey for guidance, motivation, and progress tracking.
Where are you located & what are your hours?
All services are remote, so you can train from the convenience of your home, gym, or favorite workout space, on a schedule that works for you.
How does Remote Fitness Coaching work?
We’ll start with an initial assessment to understand your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. Based on that, I’ll create a personalized workout plan just for you.
You’ll complete your workouts using the Flex Your Gains App, where you can:
