I partner with Start Today Counseling Interventions and offer services at:

Do you take insurance?
I am not in‑network with insurance providers. All services are offered as private pay
What methods of payment do you accept?

If you’d like to use out‑of‑network benefits, I can provide a superbill for reimbursement.
Do you offer a sliding scale?
Yes. I use an anti‑oppressive, five‑tier rate structure.
You choose the rate that fits your financial situation using a simple self‑assessment- no income verification required. Higher solidarity rates help make lower‑cost community access rates possible for those experiencing financial hardship
Can I receive services if I live in another state?
Yes. I am licensed to provide therapy to clients located in Virginia or Florida at the time of their session.
Do you offer clinical supervision for licensure?
Yes. I’m a board‑approved supervisor in Virginia for both LPC and LMFT residents.
