Join us for a grounding sound bath experience that invites you to pause, breathe, and simply be. Led by Alicia, our partner in wellness and Reiki Master, you’ll be guided through a restorative journey using singing bowls, gentle aromatherapy, and soothing sound frequencies to help release tension, restore energetic balance, and promote emotional clarity.
No experience needed, just bring yourself. To get comfy, feel free to bring a yoga mat, blanket, or anything cozy that helps you settle in.
